Monday Morning Weigh-In

Well, it is not morning any more, but I am working the dreaded graveyard shift.. Surgery weight= 245 Last week's weight= 158 Today's weight= 155 This weeks loss= 3 lbs. Total weight loss= 90 lbs. 10 more lbs to goal weight!!!!! Cathy

veryyyyyy sad day---for the first time in 15 months I have had a gain--- I totally jinxed myself (I'm very superstitious--sp?) by telling my surgeon last week that I had never gained--- so I'm up 2 pounds to 171---rough rough rough--oh, well back on the wagon---any encouraging words are appreciated!
