Whatcha eatin' on Friday?
I have to go to the concession stand to work in a few minutes, so thought I'd post this. Hope everyone is going to have a great weekend. I'm looking forward to not having to get up in the morning.
On the menu:
b: protein grits w/ cheese (added new whey protein powder)
s: protein coffee
l: chicken salad and 3/4 pkg. 100 cal. wheat thins; 2 tbsp. peanus
s: Russell Stover's protein bar (SF) & few more bites of chicken salad/crackers
d: Chili/cheese w/ few fritos (such great stuff in concession stand)
s: protein coffee
vitamins: done
liquid: 108 oz.
protein: 100 or so grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike & arm wt. workout this morning and concession stand work for 5 hrs. on my feet!

Hey Karla
I hope you had a good time working in the concession stand. I've done that a few times myself. I had some running around to do this morning then came home to work. Other than that, I've just been hanging around the house.
My menu..
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham
S~ Chocolate protein shake.. ordered some samples.
L~ Grilled chicken and cheese in a low carb wheat wrap & 1 tab. of salsa
S~ Few peices of beef jerky
D~ Salad.. turkey, cucumbers, cheese, hb egg, red onions, bacon bits & lite italian
S~ 1/2 a mini bag of FF popcorn
Protein: 74
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 53 oz so far
Exercise: 20 minute walk w/ minnie & "Walk away the lbs." DVD
