Hey Ladies
April and Karla must be out this evening so I'm stepping in. I had a pretty decent day. I really didn't do anything too important.
My menu..
B~ Carb/Sugar Control yogart sprinkled w/ 2 Tab. of granola
S~ Protein shake
L~ Lettuce topped with 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 HB egg, cucumbers, red oinons & lite ranch
S~ small handful of sunflower seeds & 1 SF popsicle
D~ 1/2 grilled chicken breast, 4 med shrimp and few broccoli florets
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Protein: 109
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 46 oz so far
Exercise: 15 min. stroll & walk away the lbs. DVD

Thanks, Kay! I was running late (once again), so I didn't get a chance to post. Then I was thinking that everyone would be in Vegas anyway, so I didn't think many would post. All I ate was CARBS, CARBS, CARBS! Then...Aunt Flo came...figures! So hopefully the binging will be over soon! And look at your pic...it looks great! Here's what I had since 12 a.m. last night ( I was at work), and it's no particular order:
Lemon Herb Chicken Breast w/salad
2 graham crackers
6 saltines
yogurt w/4 saltines and tsp PB
strawberries w/2 grahms
Luna Bar
some goldfish and pork rinds when I got home this am from work
had 4 meatballs and some salad for dinner
light n fit yogurt, 1 oz. RF cheese, 4 saltines for snack
Whoo! I hope it's over soon. I brought some good stuff to eat while I'm at work tonight, so hopefully I'll stick to it.

I was getting my hair colored, cut, and highlighted last night so I didn't get home until after 7:00. I was tired and came home and put on my pajamas and ate dinner. Tonight we have to work in the concession stand at a HS boys basketball game (actually 3) and won't get home until 9:00 or so. If I didn't get to stay home tomorrow, I think I'd just have to shoot myself. It's been a long, hard week.
On the menu yesterday:
b: 1 egg w/ 2 Tbsp. cr. of chicken soup
s: Russell Stover protein bar (SF)
l: chicken salad w/ 1 pcg. 100 cal. wheat thins
s: protein coffee
d: 1 beef enchilada w/ only 1/2 tortilla, refried beans, 2 bites rice, and guacamole, 3 tortilla chips and 1 Tbsp. chile con queso
s: 1 SF popsicle
vitamins: done
liquid: 92 oz.
protein: 70 g or so
exercise: 10 minutes on bike
