PB diet results!

11.6 lbs that is wonderful. So happy for you. I have been graving salad so bad and a cracker. I messed up today and had 2 wheat thins crackers. I was down 7 lbs I am back on the just protein and what is on the list. I am trying to stay between 900 and 1100 cal but I find it hard. I find my self dropping to 850 or 900 and i have never been sure how many cal. we are suppose to take in at one year. Do you know. I have been told also I was not getting in enough cal. I find if I get up to 1200 or more cals. then I gain real easy. So the rubber ball of weight starts to bounce up and down.

Crackers and salad are exactly what I craved too. Good thing there were none in the house because I know I would of gave in. Crackers have always been my favorite.
My surgeon doesn't like to talk about calories but I finally got him to say something about them. I told him that I was only getting between 700 and 850 a day and he said that I need more like 1000 calories and 85 grams of protein. I haven't figured out how to do that and make good choices. Today I only got 836 calories.
