PB diet results!
Hi ladies
Yesterday was the last day of the pb diet. It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. Eating all the protein really kept me full. I am going to continue to do protein first like I should be doing anyway. I'm on the way to the store now for lettuce. I am craving a salad w/ lots of cucumbers and red onions
I know there were a few others that did the pb diet with me but I haven't heard from anyone. I hope you all did good on your 10 days. Here's my results....
~Starting weight.. 212.6
~Ending weight.. 201.0
* 11.6 lbs. GONE!!!

You did sooooooo great! I actually gained! I gained 5 pounds... you know what happened? I talked to a nutritionist, she said I wasn't eating enough! So with my little intake, big ol' work outs and water my body decided to hold onto everything.... soooo after Vegas, I gotta up to MINUMUM of 1100 cals and see where that takes me.

Thanks Jaci!! Before I did the PB, my surgeon told me the reason I stopped loosing because of low calories and not enough protein. I started tracking on fitday again and adding the beans and the extra protein shake got my calories up. I'm trying to keep the calories up but it's so hard.

OK Kay I thought about trying it and forgot about it. I have also hit a stand still and would like to lose more( not much more) Before I go any further, Congrats and Way to go! That is so awesome! I think I will start it on Monday this next week and report my results!
