What did you eat on Wednesday?
April...hope you don't mind if I post. I have only been home a 1/2 hr. Did a few chores. I have to leave again in a few minutes to pick up my son and nephew at practice, then go to my sisters for dinner. My dad spending the night at her house tonight so we get to visit.
On the menu:
B: 1 scrambled egg w/ 2 Tbsp. cr. of chicken soup
S: protein coffee
L: 5 boiled shrimp and 2 Tbsp. peanuts
S: Russell Stover's apple protein bar (SF)
D: steak, sweet potato wedge, and grilled veggies
S: protein coffee or cottage cheese w/ true lime & splenda
vitamins: done
liquids: 92 oz.
protein: 90+ grams
exercise: arm wt. workout and 20 minutes on bike this morning

Hey Karla
I had to take Minnie to the vet today for more shots. They only do one at a time since she is so small. She now weighs 1.7 lbs. Then came home and did chores and called some of my rude customers back.
My menu for Day 10 of the PB diet...
B~ Protein shake
L~ Turkey sweet italian sausage link & 1/4 c. spicy chili beans w/ cheese
S~ SF popsicle
D~ 2 oz steak and 4 med. shrimp
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Protein: 95
Fluids: 42 oz so far..
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 15 min. stroll w/ Minnie & "Walk away the lbs." DVD after dinner.

Thanks Karla! I was running late for work and didn't get a chance to post. My day was quite busy and I didn't even get a chance to really sleep before going out to work. I had quite a bit of carbs today, but I was so sluggish that I felt I needed them. Here's what I had today:
B- 1/2 Weigh****chers bagel w/lite cream cheese, 2 oz. SPAM
S- handful goldfish crackers, 2 pcs. cashew crunch
L- chicken and broccoli dish w/ WW linguini from Olive Garden...ate all of chicken and broccoli, few bites of linguini
D- protein iced coffee
S- 2 graham crackers, 4 saltines w/1tsp. PB, light n fit yogurt
Exercise: did cardio/strength for 1hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 64 oz...I may need to get a little something else
