Whatcha eatin on Tuesday?
Hey all. I'm in a rush, but I still wanted to post real fast. Whatcha eatin today?! Here goes:
B-Light n Fit yogurt, 2 lite sausage links
S- handful of goldfish, some pork rinds...was hungry on way home from the gym/grocery store....then had a strawberry protein shake when I got home
L- 1/2 c. sloppy joe w/ 1/2 slice bread, some salad w/cheese, cucumbers, few croutons, lite french
S- handful goldfish, light n fit yogurt, snuck a pork rind and some cheetos
D- having a late dinner, but i'll probably make it a salad
Exercise: 1.5 hrs. STEP class...whoo..it's was hard today!
Vitamins: almost done
Fluids: 60 oz. so far....

on the menu:
b: cheese grits w/ protein powder
l: RF pimento cheese w/100 calorie pack wheat thins & 100 calorie pack oreos
s: protein coffee, Russell Stover's protein bar & 2 Tbsp. peanuts
d: tomato soup w/ a few crackers...don't feel very good
s: ???
vitamins: done
liquid: 92 oz. so far
protein: 80 grams or so
exercise: arm wt. workout and 15 minutes on bike

Hey April and Karla
I had a pretty decent day. I went to Big Lots and Rugged wearhouse with a friend then came home to finish laundry and catch up on some work.
After tomorrow, I don't even want to see beans or chicken for a month!! I really shouldn't complain because I'm down another lb.
Here's my menu for Day 9 of the PB diet....
B~ 1/2 a small thin boneless pork chop & 1 scrambled egg
L~ Chicken leg w/ mozz. cheese & 1/2 c. pinto's
S~ Protein hot chocolate
D~ Chicken thigh w/ mozz. cheese & 1/4 c. spicy chili beans
S~ SF Jello w/ 1 tab. sf cool whip
Protein: 90
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 60 oz so far
Exercise: 15 min. stroll around the block w/ minnie & "walk away the lbs. DVD"
