What's on Monday's Menu??
Hi all! Sorry for being so MIA the past few days. I've been hella busy, then my computer was acting up, coupled with going out Saturday night and sleeping most of Sunday. I ate at a buffet in Atlantic City on Sunday....yummy in my tummy is all I gotta say. It was sooooo good, and I was able to sample everything I wanted to. I'll have to catch up on everyone's posts. What's on your menu?! Here's mine:
B- 1/2 c. cottage cheese, sliced strawberries and splenda
S- cookies n cream protein shake
L- 2 pc. salami, cheese n mayo and mustard on slice of bread, 5 cucumber slices w/lite drsg
S- 3 WW cracker w/crab dip
D- lemon herb chicken breast, some salad w/lite french
S- I might have some yogurt or something if I get hungry
Exercise: 40 mins of Body Combat class...hard workout! Then 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 40 oz. so far...i need to pick it up!

April...glad you're back again. I'm fixing to go eat dinner. Just finished drinking something.

B: crustless ham/cheese quiche
S: protein coffee
L: beef fajita meat and refried beans w/ cheese
S: 2 bites of protein bar and 2 Tbsp. peanuts
D: BBQ flavor rotisserie chicken & navy beans
S: protein hot choc.
vitamins: done
liquids: 76 oz. so far, more to go
protein: 95 grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, ran to top of 45 degree hill behind school

Hey April I missed ya girl but happy you had a nice weekend. I cant believe how dang cold it is here. I hate it! Today I started laundry, paid bills, and went to walmart for a few things. Nothing too exciting.
Here's my menu for Day 8 of the PB diet..
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham
S~ Protein hot chocolate
L~ Ground turkey patty w/ a slice of cheese
S~ 3 peices of beef jerky
D~ Chicken leg w/ motz. cheese & 1/2 c. pinto beans
S~ SF jello w/ 1 tab. SF cool whip
Protein: 83
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 77 oz so far.. I always take a bottle of water w/ me to bed
Exercise: laundry and running around.

Just finished my newspaper articles for the week. As much as I enjoy doing them, I am glad when they are done for the week. People here in Hordville are not real good at getting the news to me. I want to do another kind of article, but this is a place to start.
I have decided to get back to tracking what I am eating on fitday. So here we go for today.
B~one slice of 100% whole wheat toast,(dry) one egg, 1/2 oz cheese, and one sm sausage patty.
S~1/2 cup snack crackers
L~1/4 cup of cottage cheese.
D~4oz grilled chicken breast. three carrot slices,one sm floret cauliflower,one sm branch brocolli(the head).
S~maybe a yogurt before bed.
Fluids~80oz

Evening April! I did better today, but still was beaten by the Cookie Monster! I had a few
B- Tuna (w/ pickels, cheese)
L- Jumbo Patty w/ 1 Sl american and swiss cheese
S- small patty with american cheese
D- Cookies , some cereal
Exercise: 1 Mile with Leslie Sansone, 17,000 steps all day
Vitamins: Need them
Fluids: 12 oz Reg Coffee, 36 oz Decaf Coffee, 84 oz Water
