Hello ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good. It's freezing and raining here so after church, we stayed in and watched tv. We are going midnight bowling again tonight Here's my menu for Day 7 of the PB diet... B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled with ham S~ Protein shake L~ Chicken leg cooked in crock pot and topped w/ Mozz. cheese S~ Protein hot chocolate D~ Chicken thigh topped w/ mozz. cheese & 1/4 c. pinto beans S~ SF Jello w/ tbs. sf cool whip Protein:95 Vitamins: on track Exercise: walk away the lbs. DVD & Bowling Fluids: 48 oz so far Have a good evening, Kay

It snowed here last night to the tune of 6 inches. So we just stayed in and did nothing. That is not such a bad thing since I think I might just be coming down with the flu. I felt fine this morning, but for the past two hours I have been freezing and , and running a temp. All I want to do is take a hot bath and go to bed. B~thin slice of cheese. S~NSA apple pie L~1/2 cup angel hair pasta with meat sauce S~one ounce roast beef. D~nothing yet since I really feel Fluids~56.9 oz so far Exercise~lifting and carrying my daughter. Hazel

Hey Kay & Hazel...hope you've had a good lazy Sunday. We went to Sunday School and church, out to eat, and I took a short nap, ran my son back to church to play baseball. I had to go get him 2 hrs. later. Turned out only he and my nephew showed. They could have walked or ridden the golf cart 2 blocks over to the city baseball fields and saved me two trips way across town! I have all my chores done, am going to shower and re-do fingernails and toenails tonight. My son is cooking supper. I just finished paying some bills. Boo-booed and forgot I had added my husbands weekly per diem check in already, bought some Bath & Body Works stuff and Coldwater Creek stuff on the internet on sale, and then wished I had that $$ back. Oh well...what was left paid what needed to be paid. I'll just not have any money this week. My bad. On the menu: B: 1.5 eggs S: protein shake L: 1.5 oz. or so beef fajita meat, 1/2 c refried beans, couple of tiny bites of guacamole and sour cream, 1 Tbsp. sauteed onion S: 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, 1 SF popsicle D: 1/2 c navy beans, veal chop S: 3/4 c LF cottage cheese w/ true lime and splenda and protein powder. vitamins: done liquid: 88 oz. so far, more to go protein: 100+ grams exercise: arm wt. workout and 30 minutes on bike Karla 337/180/150

Evening Kay! I'm so happy for you, you've done so well You're my hero and probably have passed me up hehehe! B- Stallone Pudding S- Starbucks Java Chip Light Frap L- Jumbo Patty, 1 Sl american and swiss cheese S- 1/2 can tuna, 5 wheat thins D- Something at the homeless shelter, or the rest of the tuna... Vitamins... need them Exercise: Didn't have time for the Mile, ran around Jack Fluids... 16 oz Coffee, 32 oz Diet Coke, 84 oz Water (will get in another 42 before bed) Can't wait to see you're weight tomorrow! Hi Ladies.... It has been so cold here too. I hate being cold!!!!!!! I think I made MOSTLY good eating choices but I did have a small dish of Ice cream. It was peanut butter so does that count as protein? I had: protein coffee 3 thin slices of turkey chicken small dish of ice cream protein coffee more chicken I had all my meds no exercise only 24 oz water 64 oz other fluids Today will be better! ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris
