Watcha Eatin on Friday?

I don't see this posted so I'm steppin in. April must be working, sleeping or out enjoying her Friday evening.
Other than a lil shopping, I've been home. Tonight we are going bowling with friends.
Here's my Day 5 PB diet menu..
B~ Carb/Sugar control yogart
L~ Ground turkey pattie topped w/ 1/4 c. chili beans & cheese
S~ SF Jello w/ 1 tbs. of SF cool whip.. first time I ate something not on the diet
D~ Baked Chicken thigh and 5 broiled shrimp
S~ Protein shake
Protein: 87
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: low.. 32 oz so far
Exercise: walk away the lbs. DVD & bowling.

B- 1/2 can Tuna, some pickles and cheese, 3 ritz crackers
L- Jumbo Patty, 1 Sl American and Swiss Cheese, 3 curly fries
S- Same as above
D- 1 small slice pizza
S- 1/4 apple and peanut butter
Later, I had 2 granola bars... the hard ones of oat and honey... tasty! I also had three cookies today... ugh, I was doing so welll!!!!!!!!
I just haven't really been hungry. I can feel a difference with all the water!
Vitamins: ack!
Fluids: 16 oz Coffee, 108 oz Water
Exercise: Did the video twice! Once before work (3:30am) and once after (3:30pm)
