Hi all. We actually got some snow today...not enough, but we got some. I had a great sleep today, so I should be fine during my night shift tonight. I left my lunch sitting on my countertop last night, so I had to improvise. Here's what I had:
At work:
12:30 a.m.- 2 strips steak, 1/2 c. chili, some salad
5 a.m.- mixed nut Power Bar...these are good! Had 2 graham crackers...i felt hungry
7:30 a.m.- mint choc protein shake
At home:
4:30 p.m.- chicken leg, 1/4 c. red beans n rice, some carrots
For snack at work I'll probably have a carnation NSA shake
Exercise: none
Vitamins: almost done!
Fluids: only 40 oz. so far....

B- 3/4 Bagel I know!!!
S- Almonds
L- 1/2 can Tuna with some cut up pickles and cheese
S- Shake... need some more protein
D- I dunno yet... either the other half of my tuna or what ever is provided at the shelter
Exercise: 2 mile walk with the Leslie Sansone Video!!!!! (I also added 2 cans of soup at 1.3 pounds each... ooohhh yeah)
Vitamins: Check
Fluids: 12 Oz NSA Hot chocolate, 24 Oz Herbal Tea, 24 Oz Water, soooo far...
Hey girls! It's been a long day of meetings. I have a meeting tonight at school in another 1.5 hrs. Yuck. Feel like I have to go as a parent.
On the menu:
B: 1.5 egg omelet w/ RF cheese and ham
S: Protein coffee
L: Beef/mushroom soup
D: Chili w/ beans and RF cheese
S: cottage cheese w/ true lime & splenda & protein powder
vitamins: done
liquids: 92 oz. so far
protein: about 100 grams
exercise: 10 minutes exerc. dance tape, 15 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout

Hello ladies
I have had a lazy day today. I didn't even leave the house. I did some packing and worked on my wls scrapbook. Minnie just realized that she can bark so I've been listening to her all day too.
Here's my menu for Day 4 of the PB diet....
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ cheese & 1 pc. of canadian bacon
S~ SF jello
L~ Baked chicken leg & 1/2 c. pinto's
S~ 2 peices of beef jerky & 3 cheese cubes
D~ Baked flounder filet and 5 boiled shrimp
S~ Protein shake
Protein: 95
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 44 oz so far
Exercise: Walk away the lbs. DVD w/ 2 cans of soup

Hi everyone..Still cold here and ice covering the trees but hopefully it will warm up.
I did pretty well today!
On the menu:
3 thin slices of turkey
1 lf cheese stick
1 small handful of cashews
chicken
shrimp
1/2 of a hard boil egg...
Coffee protein
more coffee protein
72 oz water
80 oz other fluids
All vitamins in
exercise: 5 miles on the exercise bike...

A year ago today I was drinking juice, broth, and eating jello. It was the night before the first day of the rest of my life.
Today on the other hand I had:
B~ two egg chedder omlet
L~a few snack crackers (was in town shopping)
D~four oz nacho meat and cheese with a few nacho chips.
Exercise~shopping with my daughter. Weight lifting,(getting Frostina in and out of the car and wheel chair.)
Fluids~ coffee, green tea, water.
Need to get started back on the vitamins and minerals. Do the B12 in shots.
