PB diet and shrimp

Hello, The pb diet rules did not list shrimp but another list I saw does allow shrimp and crab. Did anyone do shirmp on their pb diet? I know it only says fish but I was just curious. Shrimp is high in protein so I don't see a problem BUT I wanna follow the rules. Thanks, Kay

Shrimp should be fine. I ate shrimp, just don't fry it (ha ha!) Shrimp is just shellfish, so should be lumped into the fish catagory. Karla 337/181/150
