Hi all. I'm posting early because once again I work overnight the next 2 nights. My day has been crappy! I rode around for 15 mins. at the gym looking for a parking space....I was already late! Then, my old insurance company is getting the hell on my damn nerves!!! They deny EVERYTHING until you call them, cuss them out and figure out what's going on and then call them on thier own mistakes....it's time consuming and just a pain. On a good note, my godson was born this morning and he's so friggin cute! I just wanna love him and kiss him! I'll have pics soon... Here's what's on my menu: B- 3/4 c. Special K cereal, some sliced bananas, 6 oz. CC 2% milk L- 3/4 snack bag of Baked Lays potato chips, 1/2 pack of cashews, sm. pc. of cake....bad choice for lunch but I was hungry! D- I'll have a Lean cuisine meal S- I packed a Profect and a string cheese for when I'm at work Exercise: 45 mins. w/trainer Vitamins: none just yet Fluids: very low...32 oz. but it's still early I'm still at the pinnacle of irritation but I'm gonna take a nap and hopefully I'll feel better afterwards! April

Hey April...while I'm sitting here eating my lunch (late for it) I'll go ahead and post. We started school 2 hrs. late, so my whole schedule is off. They just announced we will do that again tomorrow, too. I have meetings tomorrow, but they don't start until 10:00 a.m., so it will work out just right for me. On the menu: Grits w/ LF margarine & cheese Protein hot chocolate 1 c tortilla soup cottage cheese 2 oz. meat, sweet potato w/ SF maple syrup & I can't believe it's not butter spray Protein coffee vitamins: done liquids: 108 oz. protein: 95 or so grams exercise: 10 minutes dance exercise video, 10 minutes on bike and arm wt. workout Karla 337/181/150

Hello April...Sounds like you had a frustrating morning....I went to my brothers and posted 20 items on ebay for him....He has me list for other people.... Here is my menu... Protein coffee lf cheese stick 1 cookie shrimp three thin slices of turkey 1 bite of apple pie... I will try to stay on the wagon for the rest of the night... protein drink Vitamins wilbe done in a minute.. Fluids 68 oz water 72 oz exercise 5 miles on the exercise bike.. ~~hugs and wel wishes~~ Chris

Not feeling hungry today - that's great though Here's what I have had so far and the plan for the evening: Breakfast: 1C lowfat cottage cheese 1C red grapes Lunch: Protein Shake with 1 scoop Hanks Chocolate & 1 C Hoods CCC Milk Dinner: Pro-Pudding made with 1C Hoods CCC Milk Snack - Red Grapefruit That's about it. I've had a lazy day. Went and got a pedi and finished packling for Vegas. The only excersise I got was walking around the grocery store Vitamines and supplements done!!!

Hiya Ladies Nothing too exciting going on over here. I had to run to Walmart for a few things then came back and did some packing. Here's my menu for Day 3 of the PB diet B~ Carb/Sugar control yogart S~ Protein coffee L~ Ground turkey pattie w/ cheese S~ 4- 2% pepperjack cheese cubes D~ Baked skinless/boneless chicken thigh & 1/4 c. pinto's S~ Protein coffee Protein: 93 grams Vitamins: on track Fluids: 45 oz so far Exercise: walk away the lbs. DVD I hope that everyone that is doing the pb diet with me is doing good. Kay

Thanks Karla. So far it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Eating all this protein is keeping me full. I'm just curious to know how it's gonna effect the scale. I promised myself that I'd stay off of it til Monday morning weigh in. Kay

I forgot my lunch for work tonight! I left it sitting on the counter top at home, and I by the time I realized it I was already 45 mins away from home. So...I had to improvise. Here's what I had for the remainder of tonight: 7:30- pack of PB cheese crackers...could've made a better choice but I was at a convenience store 10:30 p.m.- 2 strips of steak, sm. cup of salad...i was good here! Hi April! I'm sorry you had such a rough day... but congrats on your new Godson! B- Shake: 4 oz milk, 2 sc powder, 1 tspn Peanut Butter, 1/2 Banana L- Jumbo Patty, 1 Sl American and Swiss Cheese, some curly fries S- Cheeseburger minus bottom bun D- some Hamburger Soup... wasn't really wonderful I did have like 4 cookies and a brownie today I'm throwing them away tomorrow! Exercise: Work @ Jack and Shelter (15,536 Steps... using my Pedometer now!) Vitamins: check Fluids: 8 oz Decaf Coffee, 8 oz Coffee, 120 Oz Water (I'm floating!) Jacccciiiiii
