In this last year of trials and discoverys on the journey to a new you, have you made any iron clad rules of eating. You know, the ones you don't break no matter what? For me it is that no matter what I am eating, I leave some of it on my plate. Even when it is that cookie that I'm not suppose to be eating anyway. Hazel

No. This doesn't work for me. I guess I'm still a rebel at heart. Give me an "iron clad" rule and I'm going to take extreme pleasure in breaking that rule What can I say? I'm a child of the 60's

I haven't made any iron clad rules. I try very hard not to eat in excess. now instead of finishing a bowl of nuts or candy.. I take a few and leave some for someone else. I think that's a GREAT accomplishment!! LOL Hugs, Anna

my iron clad 'rule' of eating is PROTEIN only. Any kind of pasta, rice, bread, cookies, etc. makes me DEATHLY ill - which is a good thing, I guess. We had spaghetti last night and I had one small forkful........I thought I was gonna die I have found if I eat my protein first with really small bites, I do just fine. Rose from PA

Mine is no sugar if its not sugarfree it doesn't pass my lips. It makes me sick if I eat something that I didn't know was made with sugar (like bread) and I eat it. Also no soda oh boy do I miss my diet coke.............. HAVE A GREAT DAY TORI
