Have you made an Iron clad rule of eating?
In this last year of trials and discoverys on the journey to a new you, have you made any iron clad rules of eating. You know, the ones you don't break no matter what? For me it is that no matter what I am eating, I leave some of it on my plate. Even when it is that cookie that I'm not suppose to be eating anyway.

my iron clad 'rule' of eating is PROTEIN only. Any kind of pasta, rice, bread, cookies, etc. makes me DEATHLY ill - which is a good thing, I guess. We had spaghetti last night and I had one small forkful........I thought I was gonna die
I have found if I eat my protein first with really small bites, I do just fine.
