Whatcha eatin on Sunday?

Hi all! Sorry I didn't post yesterday, but I was a complete zombie yesterday I was so tired. Today was uneventful overall. I went to the gym this afernoon to work out, and of course they had to have a fire alarm going off just as I was gonna walk in. I don't know if it was a real fire because I didn't stick around. But here's what I had today: B- 1 banana waffle, 2 lite sausage links L- 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/sliced strawberries....i could eat this all day! S- 1/2 sm. bag cashews, some BBQ Soy Crisps...as I waited 1 hr. for a 20 min. script refill! D- 1 oz. pork tenderloin, 1 chicken leg, 1/4 c. peas, few bites stewed potatoes I'll have a strawberry protein shake before I leave my parents house, then I'm sure I'll be eating something tonight....desperate housewives is coming on! Exercise: attempted to! Vitamins: none yet...it's late! Fluids: 34 oz. so far...i need to take it up a notch April

Hi April! I'm gonna start joining in a gain.... I'm on a roll and need to keep it up B- Shake: 2 sc powder(23 gms each), 4 oz soy milk, 1/2 banana, 1 teaspoon peanutbutter L- Jumbo Patty with 1 slice Swiss and 1 slice American cheese, some fries (just a few!) S- Almonds and another shake (this time with regular milk- ran out of the soy this am) D- probably almonds... I'm not really hungry right now Exercise: Work at Jack... I'm just exhausted! Vitamins: Gotta find them... Fluids: 8 oz decaf coffee, 84 oz water so far... goal is to have about 42 more at least *Jaci*

B: an egg with cheddar and 2 slices turkey bacon L: slice of tofu with red curry sauce S: 1/2 banana, tsp pb, half slice turkey bacon D: ground lamb with garlic and feta cheese S: whey protein shake (chocolate with carmel syrup) and soy milk. I also had a profect somewhere along the way. Exercise: stretch and almost went to the gym Vits: done Water: about 1.5 liters Ciao!

Hey April It's late but I'm here to post. I had a good day today because it was spent shopping My menu.. B~ 3 strips of turkey bacon L~ 3 hot wings w/ lite ranch D~ 1 steak fajita.. only ate half the tortilla & 1/4 c. black beans Vitamins: some but not all Fluids: not enough Exercise: shopping Protein: not enough of this either G'Night, Kay
