our average is....

A while back I asked everyone to post their total weight loss since surgery. 24 people posted. I counted our weight loss since surgery last January to come up with our average loss. Drum roll please....134 pounds - WE ROCK. Imagine, in one year. Everyone is very different- I realize ( I am at 118 lbs) - but just for fun and fyi....

What is more amazing is the total 3200# - the weight of a car!

I wonder how many inches we've collectively lost? Tonite I did my one year measurements and have lost 88 lbs and 51 inches. WOW! The most improved area was the hips at -13 inches followed by the waist at -11.5 inches. The braline and bust both followed in third place at -9. The thighs lost -5 and the arms lost 4 inches ( lots of flab there...). And WE DEFINATELY ROCK!

It would be fun to wait until the very end of the month and have everyone post again with surgiversary day weight to see on the exact one year anniversary what everyone lost. I know mine's been much better lately after I started watching it closely and taking off the weight! Karla
