~*TGIF*~ I don't see this posted and I am bored out of my mind so I'm posting for ya, April! Steph is working so it's just me and Minnie tonight. Nothing exciting going on in my neck of the woods. Ok, on to food... B~ Carb/Sugar Control yogart & 2 strips of turkey bacon L~ Roast beef, cheese, lettuce and ff mayo on a slice of wheat toast S~ Protein hot chocolate D~ Grilled thin boneless pork chop and 1/4 c. broccoli n cheese S~ Protein hot chocolate and Jello if I "need" something to snack on later. Protein: 91 Fluids: 40 oz so far Exercise: 1.5 mile walk Vitamins: on track Have a fabulous weekend!! Kay

TGIF!!! Sometimes I feel like I eat all the time (which I do) but when I post it does not seem like a lot. B: 1/3 c cottage cheese, I was late to work! S: whey protein with soy milk L; salad bar....egg (2), cheese, peas, little lettuce, red onion S: flatbread spelt cracker with 2 slices american cheese D: think I will order Thai, red curry tofu is on my mind. Yum!! S: need to get another profect in, the doc wants me to crank up the protein to 80g. Vits - yep Water - working on it, at 1.5 liters exercise - huh?

:wave: :chair: It was a horrible eating day. Not to much, just to little. 12oz yogurt 1/2oz cheese 5 hamburger slices dill pickles. :sexy:Hazel

Thanks, Kay! I was running late today for work and I have an hour commute so I had to run! All I did was snack overnight! It was my first nightshift in a month, so I needed something to keep me awake. Tonight's overnight shift will be better! Here it goes: 1 a.m.- salad w/9 turkey pepperoni, RF italian blend cheese (yum!), few croutons had about 10 medium pretzels over the course of the night 5 a.m.- cinnamon bun PowerCrunch bar...it was really good!!! 7:45 a.m.- scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, some hashbrowns for my 1 hr. ride home 2 p.m.- 4 WW crackers w/LF cream cheese, Light n Fit yogurt 5:30 p.m.- cookies n cream protein shake 9 p.m.- 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/sliced strawberries n splenda Exercise: none...need to get back on that! Vitamins: done Fluids: 76 oz. April
