Surgiversary

Hi, Today is my surgiversary, happy surgiversary to all the 01-11'ers out there!!!! I also met with my surgeon today, they are a great team. All is well. I am going to eat more protein and that should get me going with weight loss again. Here's some pictures - we all need to take and post our one year surgeon visits! I am such a healthier, stronger, happier person than I was a year ago. Thanks to all of you for your friendship, support, experiences and the shoulder to cry on (or with). You look great, Tiffany! I had my one year appt. last week a month early because I couldn't get in this month. All went well at my appt. my surgeon is very pleased with the results as I am also. I did not get a picture with him though He wants to see me again in 6 months..so maybe I'll get one then! Congratulations on your accomplishment!! Hugs, Anna
