Hey everyone. I'm posting early because I have to work overnight, so I'll be sleep from now until it's time for me to get up! I won't have time to post later, so here it is. Tonight's my first night shift at this new hospital...i'm nervous but hopefully it'll be okay. Here's my menu:
B- 2 oz. SPAM, Light n Fit yogurt
S- strawberry protein shake 32g protein
L- turkey n cheese w/lettuce on whole grain potato bread
D- I'll have a Lean cuisine LC dinner
S- I'll have a strawberry Carnation NSA instant drink w/ CC FF milk
Exercise: i slept in today!
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 40 oz so far...its' still very early

I'll join you early too. I have a meeting tonight, have to pack to go to Louisiana for the weekend, and have to write checks since I get paid tomorrow and won't be here this weekend!
On the menu (Day 10 of Plateau Busters):

exercise: 15 minutes on bike this morning & arm wt. workout; will ride bike more if I have time this afternoon.

Hey April I hope your first day goes well!
I've had a nice calm day today. I started reading this book I got for christmas and haven't been able to put it down too much. Besides my walk, I just hung around the house today.
My menu..
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters w/ cheese & 2 strips of turkey bacon
S~ Protein hot chocolate
L~ 1/4 c. tuna salad and lettuce in a low carb wheat wrap
D~ Grilled ground turkey burger (no bun) w/ cheese, lettuce, onions and ff mayo
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Protein:98 grams
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 52 oz so far
Exercise: 1 mile walk in the cold

I had a great day today too...I booked to go to Vegas and now the count down begins.
I had:
B~coffee with protein (40gr protein)
S~slice of swiss cheese
L~turkey, ham and swiss cheese rolled up.
S~swiss cheese
D~smothered chicken with mozzarella and mushrooms.
S~SF popsicles...
Water 72 oz
other fluids 52 oz
Vitamins in
Exercise~2 miles on the treadmill and 1 mile around the block in the cold.....
Tomorrow is the weigh in day for B2B and aunt flo came today so I hope the loss is what I expected....

Today was better than the rest of the week. I'm so glad tomorrow is Friday.

I know what you mean. It took me a minute to find vitamins that I like, agreed with my stomach and tasted ok.
I get my b-12 from vitamin shoppe. They are tiny, sublingual, cherry flavor made by "twin-lab". I still take childrens "one a day SF multi" .. scobby-Doo! I just take it twice a day and my labs are fine.
