Whatcha eatin on Wednesday/B2B?
I was out so never did get to post my menu....I thought I did good but the scale does not show it very well.
B~coffee with protein...40gr
L~refried beans with chili and cream cheese...Handful of tostitos not many....
S~1 slice of cheese
Protein coffee again...It was really cold here too.
D~2 rolled ham, turkey and cheese
S~sf jello, sf pineapple pie----insides only and not the whole thing.
(I know this was not a great choice for back to basics.)
Exercise 1 mile in the cold weather.....
Vitamins in
WAter 64oz and 62oz of other fluids....

L-Homemade Chili, Flan/rasberry sauce (recipe from OH magazine, yummy!)

Exercise: (don't faint!) YES 1 mile aerobic walking in place with weighted balls
