I was out so never did get to post my menu....I thought I did good but the scale does not show it very well. B~coffee with protein...40gr L~refried beans with chili and cream cheese...Handful of tostitos not many.... S~1 slice of cheese Protein coffee again...It was really cold here too. D~2 rolled ham, turkey and cheese S~sf jello, sf pineapple pie----insides only and not the whole thing. (I know this was not a great choice for back to basics.) Exercise 1 mile in the cold weather..... Vitamins in WAter 64oz and 62oz of other fluids.... ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

I never get back on at night to post this, so I am doing it next morning. It does help me be accountable if I post, so... B-Egg beaters/RF Cheese L-Homemade Chili, Flan/rasberry sauce (recipe from OH magazine, yummy!) D-RF Chili Cheese dip/4 RF tortilla chips, Imitation crab S-Imitation Crab Vitamins: Yes Water: 100 at least Exercise: (don't faint!) YES 1 mile aerobic walking in place with weighted balls Cal:1013 Prot:87 I have been doing good, but the scale has barely moved. Maybe the exercise will help! Leeanne
