Whatcha eatin on Wednesday/B2B?
Hey everybody! Hope everyone's day went well. I got my hair done today and then I went to lunch with some old coworkers then we went shopping. Now I'm in the house for the night! Here's what I had:
LNS- 2 c. lite popcorn, light n crisp
B- 2 slices turkey bacon, 1/2 mini WW bagel w/lite butter
S- iced protein coffee 36g protein
L- spinach salad w/ grilled chicken on top w/balsamic vinagrette, 1/2 outside of roll from Bertucci's
D- I'll be having some turkey stroganoff, some WW rotini noodles, some broccoli
S- I'll probably have a Light n Fit yogurt and some cheese
Exercise: I slept in
Vitamins: need to take em!
Fluids: 60 oz. so far....

I had a pretty decent day today except for this freezing weather. I cant wait til summer rolls back around! Besides cleaning, going through closets and throwing stuff away to get ready for our move, I didn't do anything too exciting.
On to food...

Hello everyone. Im going to try my best to start posting more. I had my 1 yr appointment yesterday......doc said "eat more and exercise". So here goes, I feel like all I have done today is eat!

I didn't sleep well at all last night because my dad called at 8:30 and chewed on me about me saying in a e-mail to an aunt that he had retired. He told me to e-mail her, but neglected to tell me he didn't want her to know he retired at the end of October because he didn't want her asking him to do stuff for her. So now he's mad at me. I told him sorry, but how was I supposed to know that? My sister said all that comes of deceiving is trouble. She's right. Now isn't my dad teaching me a nice lesson? I know he knows he's wrong. He needs to tell my aunt he's too busy building his new house for my b...chy stepmother to help her. Don't blame me.
