Whatcha Eatin on Tuesday?
Hi all. Hope everyone had a good day. It's been freezing here, and I despise cold weather! Today was my second day of orientation as well as my second day of being annoyed with someone. I'm so glad it's over! I'm not a day person for one, and I had someone next to me talking to me at a mile a minute when I was trying to do a test. And she's so nice. Once again, I was seriously ready to strangle someone....once again...I didn't. Before someone thinks I'm a total b@#$%....it's all in fun that I say this, but I seriously was irritated. Anyway, here's what I had:
B: 1 banana waffle w/lite butter & SF syrup, 2 lite sausage links
S: was starving 3 hrs. later so I had 2 slices bacon
L: couldn't get to the caf....1 string cheese, pack PB crackers, 3/4 bag of party mix...just wanted the mix!
S: Light n Fit yogurt, 10 goldfish, 6 cashews
Protein hot choc a lil while later
D: I'll be having some baked chicken w/salad
S: Probably have another yogurt orsome milk....going to kickboxing after dinner.
Exercise: gonna go to kickboxing tonite at 7:30
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 64 oz. so far.....

We have ahad another FREEZING day!! I hate this weather. Today we did more apt. hunting then I came home and did laundry. Nothing exciting!
My menu..
B~ 1/4 C. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham & cheese
S~ Protein hot chocolate
L~ Salad topped w/ plain tuna, cheese, cucumbers and lite italian dressing
S~ Few peices of beef jerky & a SF popsicle
D~ Baked fish and 1/4 c. steamed cabbage
S~ SF jello
Protein: 86 grams
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 46 oz so far..
Exercise: apt. hunting?!

Hello Ladies...My babck to basic's day 8 went pretty well until this evening....
B~Protein coffee with 40gr protein
L~shrimp and a little piece of bread stick
S~handful of roasted tomatoe chips...........
D~2 scrambled eggs with cheese.
S~refried beans, cheese and chili dip with tostito's....
Protein drink 20 oz with 40 gr protein.....
Vitamins in......
Protein about 100 gr...
Water 96 oz
plus other fluids 52oz....
Exercise 3 miles....Two on the treadmill and one outside. But my ears were cold....

Hi all,
The weather here is a cold as well and I have been freezing my buns off all day. I had another rough day at work...we had two people out today. SO now I'm exhausted.
Here is my menu:
B- Powerbar triple threat...it is so much better than the SB
L- Tuna and 8 crackers
S- SB Chocolate cereal bar
D- Spaghetti & 1 slice of garlic bread
Vitamins & Exercise: NONE
Fluids: 91.2 so far and still working

Hi from very cold Chicago,
B: lentil beans and shredded cheese, warmed up 7g
S: whey shake wtih soy milk 32g
L: salad which had chicken, egg, peas, few lettuce pieces, bit of onion, cheese 7g
S: profect 25g
D: leftover chicken thighs cooked in the slow cooker with indian ginger sauce. Topped with a scoop of cottage cheese. Yum. 10g
S: lentils with shredded cheese 7g
Talking with the PA before my surgeon appt, she wanted me to slightly increase my protein. I am really trying so those are the numbers above. 88g. Jheesh. I am stuffed and am just where they want me. I've never done two shakes before.
Water - 2 liters so far
Vitamins - very good, done.
