Come on with it for Monday!
hi everyone, I felt like i had no control over my eating today, i plan to take control tuesday, and i am going to try to keep posting what i eat so i am more aware of what is going into my mouth!
B~3 sugar-free choc wafers (i know poor choice)
L~ 1/2 cheeseburger with lettuce. pickles ketchup
S~ 1/2 cup lowfat ice cream
D~ the other half of the cheeseburger and about french fries
S~1 slice of toast with butter and sugar free strawberry jam
what a carb-filled day! not good! i am going to behave for the next few days and eat some veggies, fruits and PROTEIN!!
