Hey all. Hope everyone had an uneventful Monday. I started my Monday morning out in Baltimore traffic....it was horrible and raining! I just started my new job today and I was late for it because of the traffic and monsoon. Other than that it was okay except for an annoying lady in my group. I seriously wanted to strangle her...but I didn't. I had a really good opportunity to eat off my menu (I make my menu few days in advance), but I didn't! I kept it up and got a salad. Tonight, I'm going to a WLS support mtg. to discuss plastic surgery. I'm def trading in the flapjacks for perksters....I'm only 24 and no kids...it's very sad. Anyhoo...here's what I had: B: ham n cheese scrambled eggs S- SB choc cereal bar L- salad w/chicken, cheese, eggs, few croutons, small handful goldfish S- 1/2 med. banana and cookies n cream protein shake lil while later D- I'll have some turkey stroganoff I made w/few rotini noodles and broccoli Exercise: none today Vitamins: done Fluids: 60 oz. so far..... April

Hey April...I bet you're glad to be working more "normal" hrs. now! I came home and finished exercising, let the dog out, got the mail, and I have to pick up my son in a few minutes, then eat and go back to school to an athletic boosters meeting. On the menu - Day 7 of Plateau Busters: Coffee Crustless ham/cheese quiche Achieve ONe Moca Java Lima Beans & pork roast SF Apple Cider coffee 2 oz. Angus steak & 1 c split pea soup 1 ccottage cheese w/ true lime & splenda vitamins: done liquids: 96 oz. so far, more to go protein: about 105 or so grams exercise: arm wt. workout, 110 sit ups, 30 minutes on bike Karla 337/185/150

Hello Ladies ....I did not get out of my PJ's today! Except to shower. It did snow a little here today but not enough to complain about......I am glad you have nicer hours too April. I hope the annoying lady was only because she was nervous and will settle down. Here is my menu.... B~32oz of coffee with 2 scoops protein 40gr L~2 scrambled eggs S~1 slice of cheese 8gr protein D~Chicken and one bite of rice with raisins in it...Yum. S~1 teaspoon of pb and a couple of hersey's kissables Thank goodness they are all gone. Protein drink 20oz with 40gr of protein..... Fluids 52 oz WAter 96 oz Vitamins In Exercise... 2 miles on the treadmill.....I felt pretty good too. I will do everything I can to make good choices if I feel the need to snack tonight! ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Hey April, karla and chris Today has been freezing! I stayed home and did a resume then we went apt/ house hunting. Our lease is up next month so we really need to find something. After my tragic scale experiance this morning, I perked up a little and had a pretty decent day! Here's my menu~ B~ 1/4 c. egg beaters scrambled w/ cheese & 2 strips of turkey bacon S~ Protein hot chocolate L~ 1 ham and cheese roll up w/ a dab of mustard & carb/sugar control yogart S~ 8 pork skins D~ baked turkey and 1/4 c. steamed cabbage S~ Protein Hot chocolate I am going back to my SF popsicles or SF Jello rule! Those are the only two things I allowed myself when I get the munchies at night! Wish me luck, I can do it! Vitamins: on track Exercise: 1 mile walk Fluids: 52 oz so far Have a good evening, Kay

Hey April~ I have decided to do this now that i have gained this past week. That way maybe I can notice where I need help! or if anyone sees where I can improve please let me know!! Still have to write my articles for the two local papers. Kind of hard when no one gives you anything to write about. But they know how it goes. Don't give me anything and you get the ramblings of a warbled mind. B~Nada-coffee L~2/3 grilled turkey and cheese sandwich on marble rye. Let me just tell you all this pregnant girl can eat. B - orange and whole grain cookie L - leftover lasagna from dinner out sat night, it was so good I had to make some for dinner S - Pineapple juice D - Salad, whole wheat penne pasta "lasagna", bread, strawberry pie and milk S - Popcorn bad on exer, vits and fluids .. oops God Bless!
