I'm not sure who'll post today because it's so beautiful outside today. 71 degrees here in Delaware!! Hope everyone's having a great day. Post your B2B menu or whatever you ate today! And I thought everyone was doing a protein buster diet thingy, so I thought I was doing something differently. I'm not....just going back to basics! Here's the menu: B- 1 banana bread waffle w/lite butter, SF syrup and 2 lite sausage links L- 3 oz. salmon w/jerk marinade, salad w/mozzarella cheese, cucumbers, and lite balsamic drsg S- 3 WW crackers w/ hummus then French Vanilla Cafe w/scoop of protein powder D- I'll have a chicken breast w/some spinach S-maybe yogurt and some cheese Exercise: took a break today Vitamins: need B12 Fluids: 64 oz. so far..... April

Hey April The weather is beautiful here too. I did a little shopping earlier but I'm now home to chill for the rest of the evening. I'm not doing B2B either, just eating like I always do and trying HARD to not snack at night. I did good last night tho, I ate 2 SF popsicles and that was it. B~ Pure protein bar S~ 4 cheese cubes L~ 1 ham and cheese roll up w/ a dab of mustard & carb/sugar control yogart S~ Protein hot chocolate D~ 1/2 c. healthy choice chicken tortillia soup & small salad w/ cheese, cucumbers, carrots and lite olive oil dressing S~ 1/2 a protein shake.. I need more protein Exercise: shopping Vitamins: on track Fluids: only 24 oz so far.. Have a good weekend, Kay

Menu update: My dinner changed a little. Instead of eating 1/2 cup of soup and salad. I just ate 1 cup of soup and no salad. I got lazy!

It rained here and was in the low 60's. Other than walking, I was in the house most of the day. I cooked a pot of beans, made my husband breakfast, did laundry, dishes, and updated my WLS scrapbook. Back to Basics Day 5: My Plateau Busters is working great so far. This morning I was down another 1.8 lbs. I just about freaked out! I've lost 6.4 lbs. since Tuesday. On the menu: coffee crustless ham/cheese quiche protein drink 1 c sloppy joe meat SF Apple Cider coffee 3/4 c pinto beans 2 oz. angus steak cottage cheese w/ protein powder 1 SF popsicle vitamins: done liquids: 96 oz. protein: about 100 grams exercise: walked/jogged 2 miles at park in morning Karla 337/187/150

Hi everyone.... It was rainy all day but the weather was warm. We also did alot with my new years resolution to get organized around the house....My friends came over for dinner and a visit and to watch the Sabres play Toronto..... My day 5 started off : at 143 pounds and that is a total of 4 pounds since day 1! B~protein drink L~2 scrambled eggs and cheese omlet...... D~chicken and shrimp..... here is where I was bad: I had a handful of kissables..... 5 pizzelle cookies 2 chocolate cookies (small) and a 1/2 slice of cake.... I was bad,,,,very very bad! No exercise, no vitamins and very little water. Tomorrow woll definately be better. ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

It was nice here today, but I spent the whole day inside in my pj's. You have no idea just how wonderful that was and how long it has been since I have been able to do that. I didn't do anything except take care of Frostina. (My daughter). I am posting because I have to be accountable of what I eat. Not that I am eating to much, I don't eat. I have no appitite and am so busy that I don't eat. B~2 egg chedder omlet with peach and pineapple chipote salsa L~ Nada S~small piece SF homemade apple pie. D~ Nada S~4 ritz roasted vegtable crackers. Hazel

Hi April, B: cottage cheese, pinto beans and a slice of avocado L: egg and shredded cheese S: whey shake (choc w/sf carmel syrup) with soy milk Decaf soy lattee at starbucks w/sf vanilla D: 2 small margaritas. The insides of 2 enchaladas - cheese and some from beef and chicken, plus half the beans. Dont think I had enough protein, I woke up at 3am hungry and had a protein vial. A few weeks ago I was very disappointed to learn I do not dump on margaritas. While it did enhance my trip to Cancun, its opened up as a choice. Have a great day, Tiffany
