Back to basics day 4..How'd you do?
Ok Today is day 4 and I was wondering how everyone did.....
Starting B2B weight 147 pounds
Today 144 pounds....
Eating:
B~protein coffee
L~ 1/2 of a swiss cheeseburger and two bites of bread qwith 2 small french fries....
S~sf Jello and 1 teaspoon of PB...
D~insides of a slice of lasagna, no noodles just meat, cheese and sauce....
S~ protein drink
Hopefully doing better with the remainder of the night.
Exercise...did 1.5 miles on treadmill....
Vitamins...done
Water 48 oz so far 24 more to go.
Other liquids:52 oz.

Afternoon Chris! I online and thought I'd post even though the day isn't over for me... I pretty much have the day planned anyways...
I had my 1 yr appointment today and the PA sure was not encouraging... all she pounded into me was the fact I was only losing a pound a week since I came last and she'd HAVE to see in 6 mos since I wasn't at goal... ugh, be happy with the amount I've lost at least! Sheesh!
I did find out that I am not dumping on the sugar/milk... I have Hypoglycemia and she told me to get glucose tabs to fight the fatigue I get shortly after having milk.
B- Almonds, Powercrunch Bar- made me sick
S- had some sugar free candy and a Java Chip Light at Starbucks... I have them put my protein in it and its a shake! I had 60 grams protein this am he he
L- cheeseburger without top bun, about 1 hour later- toast with peanut butter just because.... I have to move or do something or else I'll be eating like this for the rest of the day!
D- Meat Loaf my mom made or the Chicken salad the lady I'm house sitting for made... both look oh so yummy
S- none due to my snacking earlier
Vitamins: Just need the calcium tonight
Water: 20 oz so far, very behind...
Exercise: Walking around downtown Modesto with my buddy Mari, work at the Armory tonight
I have lost 2.4 pounds though! Go Me!

It has been a cold and rainy day here. On to food..
B~ Protein hot chocolate
L~ Smart Ones low carb frozen dinner.. Chicken marsala and broccoli. I found these at walmart and it was pretty yummy. 20 grams of protein and only 10 carbs.
S~ 3 saltines and 3 cheese cubes
D~ 1 ham & Cheese roll up and carb/sugar control yogart
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Exercise: none
Fluids: 50 oz so far.. water & SF Koolaid
Vitamins: on track

Okay...Day 4...started off by weighing this morning and freaked out because I was down 2 more lbs. today!! I have lost 4.6 lbs. since Tuesday. I guess sticking to the Plateau Busters and not eating any carbs is working. It makes it a little easier to pass up the carbs.
On my menu:
Coffee
Crustless sausage cheese quiche
AchievOne Cappucino
1 oz. Roast Beef & 1 c Lima Beans
SF Apple Cider
LF cottage Cheese & SF Jello
1 tsp. peanut butter
Blackened Tilapia w/ crawfish & blackeye peas
1 c LF cottage cheese w/ True Lime, splenda, and protein powder...as much protein as a drink, but stays w/ you and is kind of like key lime cheesecake in taste!
liquids: 112 oz.
vitamins: done
protein: at least 100 grams
exercise: 15 minutes on bike this morning, arm weight work out
We went to HOuston to the Toyota dealership to have my oil changed after work and by the time we got home it was 8:00 pm and my husband showed up a few minutes after that. I was trying on my Minnetonka shearling boot I had ordered that came in today. They fit perfectly and should solve cold feet when it's really cold out. They look cute w/ jeans tucked in them. He also found this shopaholic w/ 2 new Coldwater Creek shirts (on a really good sale) and a bag of several Old Navy things (also on a really good sale).

Hi Chris. I'm doing my own little back to basics. I just got outta hand with christmas and new years...really outta hand. I've been gaining and losing the same 3 lbs. the past month! I need them off for good. I did weigh in at 167 today from 172 on Tuesday night, and I weighed several times...so it's right. Anyway, here's what I had today:
Pre-Breakfast (before kickboxing)- Atkins shake
After kickboxing- scrambled egg w/lite cheese, 3 slices bacon
L- ham, cheese, salami w/lite mayo and mustard w/ 1 slice rye bread....yuck on the rye and cucumber slices w/ lite drsg
S- 18 pepperoni slices, light n fit yogurt at the movies.....saw dream girls!!
D- 2 LF enchilada insides, 1/4 c. rice and beans
Exercise: 1 hr at kickboxing and 1 hr w/trainer
Vitamins: need calcium and B12
Fluids: 80 oz. so far....
