Hello ladies I got online early this evening and didn't see this posted so I thought I'd do it. I hope I'm not stepping on anybody's toes! I had to go grocery shopping today at wally world so that took up a couple hours of my day. Then came home, did laundry, cleaned out my closet again then Minne and I took a walk. I hope everyone had a good day! Here's my menu.. B~ 3 small turkey sausage links L~ 2 oz roast beef D~ Baked boneless/skinless chicken thigh & 1/4 c. dirty rice S~ Protein hot chocolate Vitamins: behind but I'm catching up Fluids: 40 oz so far Exersice: 1 mile walk Have a good evening, Kay

HI Kay, I am sorry I too posted but did the back to basics....Some people do not post on the daily menu thread so I think I will do double postings until we are finished. I hope nobody minds.... Here is my menu....Give Minnie a kiss from me.... B~coffee with protein and about 8 baby shrimp....(Not at the same time) S~2 slices of low fat cheese L~refried beans with melted mozzarella cheese... S~2 sugar free popsicles.... D~ 2 pieces of boneless chicken bite size and cheese off a slice of pizza... S~cottage cheese... I do plan on drinking a protein drink or maybe more water.... Vitamins in Exercise 2 miles on the tread mill and burnt 437 cals according to the tread machine tracker... I hope to stay on track for the remainder of the night.... ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Hey Kay, I'll double post too. I survived B2B day 3. I went to the bathroom at school 6 times from 7:35 until 5:15 when I left. I worked late while waiting on my son to get out of powerlifting practice. It was 5:50 when he got in the car. I wanted some real food to eat so much I would have eaten the car seat if I could have. I ate 2 tsp. of peanut butter when I got home to satisfy my head! Dirty rice sounds awfully good right now. I have a couple of pkgs. of a brand from Louisiana I like called "Oak Grove Smokehouse" ... you just add sausage and I add some chopped up chicken livers and it's great. I might have to have a little when B2B is done. It is something I can get my son to eat fairly well. It also freezes well. You need to put Minnie's picture on the board so we can see her! On the menu: Coffee Crustless Sausage/cheese quiche AchievOne Cappucino 2 oz. roast beef & 1 c lima beans SF Apple Cider LF cottage cheese & SF jello coffee & 2 tsp. peanut butter (not at the same time!) 3 oz. Ground chuck patty w/ LF cheese liquids: 96 oz. so far, probably more water before bed protein: about 80 grams; may have 1 c protein hot choc before bed to get more vitamins: done exercise: 30 minutes on bike, 100 sit ups and arm weight work out Karla 337/191/150

Hiya Karla I have plenty of pictures of Minnie. I will download them this weekend so yall can see what she looks like now. She is getting her first hair cut Saturday. She has only gained a few ounces since her first picture. lol I don't eat rice often so I really enjoyed it. My mom uses chicken livers too. It's so yummy like that! I sure miss mom's cooking!! Hi, What is a protein hot chocolate? Sound yummy! I also posted on the B2B thread, but here is what I had today B- coffee & protein bar 19g S- Tea & a few peanuts (less than a small handfull) L- Tea and a protein bar 19g D- small bowl of home made veggie beef soup. about 1/2 cup S- homemade peanut butter-protein balls Fluids- 16oz water and tons of hot and iced tea. (I really have a problem getting in my water) Vitamins- got them all in no problem Exercise- 30 mins on tread mill jogging and walking. Cathy

Hey Cathy Thanks for sharing your menu twice today Everyone does this different but this is how I make mine.. ~1 envelope of "diet" swiss miss hot chocolate ~1/2 scoop of protein powder.. nectar cappicuano or vanilla is what I use. I only use 1/2 scoop because when i use a whole scoop, it's too thick for me ~8 oz of hot milk or water Put the hot chocolate and the protein in a mug, stir in half of the liquid until smooth and clump free. Then stir in the rest of the liquids. If you let the water or milk get too hot, it will clump so I take it off the stove right before it begins to boil Enjoy!

Hi all! I've been on the move today as usual. I had to get my car serviced at 8 a.m., then to the gym, went home to chill and eat lunch, to Marcus' mom's house, then to happy hour to meet up with some friends....I'm pooped and ready for ! Thursdays need to be deemed "unhealthy choice" day. I better be good for the next week! Here's what I had: B- 2 slices turkey bacon, Light n Fit yogurt S- Luna Bar L- salad w/cheese and lite ranch, some marinaded chicken....got stuck. Ooooh....the pain! I'm better D- 3 sm. chicken fingers, a few pizza fries, a chicken quesadilla a little later Hence..."unhealthy choice" day.. Oh, and I did have a mango martini.... S- gonna suck down a protein shake...a strawberry one i bought Fluids: 80 oz....prolly have some tea before bed Vitamins: need B12 Exercise: 30 mins on elliptical, 20 mins on bike...sweating bullets! G'nite...April
