One year ago today for me too

Today is a big day for me.....Last year I was 270lbs.....this year 174-176lbs depending on the day. I still have 20 to lose but it seems possible, unlike before surgery when I had over 100 to lose and I seemed lost! It has been a great year. I would recommend this to anyone who asks, it has changed my life. Thanks for all the support and new friends I have made. Wendy

Congratulations, Wendy. You've done really well. 20 more pounds to go isn't too bad. I went on Plateau Busters, and so far, so good, it's dropping off. Hopefully, it will keep going. I've been sticking to it faithfully w/o eating extras and avoiding temptations, even though it has been hard. Show us your picture so we can put a name w/ your face. Way to go, Wendy.
