Back to basic weight How did you do?
Hi Everyone,
I see a lot of you did well yesterday and I want to say Way to Go!
Today I got up and weighed myself and lost 2 pounds so I was pretty happy. I followed the rules too.
B~Protein powder and coffee...
S` 2 pc cheese 12 G protein
L~1 chicken wing and chili
S~cottage cheese
D~more cottage cheese, and 2 pc cheese....
Water 24 ounces so far and I will try to get the rest in
S~protein drink....
All vitamins
No exercise unless you count stress
LOts of protein... Good luck.

My back to basics, day 2: I lost 1.2 lbs. when I weighed this morning. Maybe tomorrow will good too!

Ugh, I gained 4 ounces! Maybe a miracle will happen tomorrow... I doubt it though. I found out today I am a VERY emotional eater. Everyhting and its brother happened today and you know what I did? In a fog, I went to Starbucks, got a frap light, had them put my protein in it... then got a muffin and ate it this morning! WTH!?
So here was my menu:
B- Toast with Peanut Butter... I was thinking clearly that would be the only carb today
S- The muffin and starbucks
L- Jumbo Hamburger Patty @ Jack, 1 Slice Cheese
S- Regular Patty and 1 Slice Cheese
D- Two bites Spaghetti, Almonds, Small slice Sourdough (what am I doing to myself!?)
S- Just got done with some Almonds
Water: 100 ounces
Exercise: Jack, Running from place to place, Homeless Shelter Work
Vitamins: Where did I put them?

I did pretty good yesterday, until right before bed! I am starting my cycle and I am terrible with controlling my eating during that time!
B-Egg beaters/RF cheese
L-Homemade Chili, shrimp, jerky
D-Lean beef patty/RF cheese, lite yogurt
S-air popped pop corn, yogurt
Bedtime BAD snack-cheese curls

Exercise-again NO, I am so not motivated, what is wrong with me?

First of all I did get in all of my vitamins, no problem...
Breakfast- Coffee
Snack- protein bar
Lunch- string cheese
Snack- string cheese
Dinner- 3 bites of pepperoni pizza (opps) & protein bar
I did not get in any water... NONE AT ALL!! I did however, drink about 5 cups of hot tea throughout the day..
I worked 12 hours and during my job, I have to walk a good bit.
