Hope everyone had a great New Year's. I've been on vacation so that's why I haven't been able to post my menu, but I see Karla has posted a few times. My PC went down right before vacay, so I couldn't even post to say i was away! I went to Tampa and had a blast. Too much snacking, and too much alcohol...it was vacation! Now, it's time to get on the good foot! Here's what I had today: B- 3/4 c. Special K cereal w/ 6 oz. CC 2% milk S- had a few cashews L- Lean cuisine meatloaf, about 1 tbsp mashed taters, salad w/ lite balsamic drsg S- mint choc protein shake D- i'm marinating some chicken right now and I'll have some spinach with it S- I'm sure I'll be hungry later so I'll snack on some Light n Fit yogurt...they were 20 for $10! Exercise: 40 mins at kickboxing then went back to see trainer for 1 hr. Vitamins: need to get on that Fluids: 84 oz. so far.... April

My back to basics, day 2: I lost 1.2 lbs. when I weighed this morning. Maybe tomorrow will good too! AchievOne Cappucino LF cottage cheese and SF Jello (little pre-pkg. ones) 1 c Lima Beans and 2 oz. Roast Beef Protein Coffee 3 oz. Pork Roast ??? have to see if I get hungry later on, maybe have a protein snack vitamins: done fluids: 96 oz. so far, more to go protein: 75 g so far, more to go exercise: 30 minutes on bike, arm weight work out, 100 sit-ups Karla 337/192/150

HI April I am doing back to basics so I will post twice...There are a bunch of us doing back to basics...Feel free to join in if you want. B~Protein powder and coffee... S` 2 pc cheese 12 G protein L~1 chicken wing and chili S~cottage cheese D~more cottage cheese, and 2 pc cheese.... Water 24 ounces so far and I will try to get the rest in S~protein drink.... ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris All vitamins No exercise unless you count stress LOts of protein...

Thanks for posting Chris! I'm doing my own little back to basics which is basically just not grazing and eating more protein than anything. I'm still gonna have some carbs though. I work out pretty heavy, and if I don't have enough carbs in my system I get dizzy. It's crazy! Good job on the B2B so far! April

Hey April It's late but I'm posting anyway. We went house/apt. hunting today and took minnie to the vet. Friends came over and hang out for a while and I got off track with my eating and getting my fluids in. I really need to get on track. B~ Protein hot chocolate L~ "Pure protein" protein bar S~ about 8 wheat thins D~ 3 hot wings, few bites of each dirty rice and maccaroni salad S~ small slice of crustless/sf sweet potato pie Fluids: low vitamins: done Exercise: ha ha.. what's that?!
