Back to basic day 1!
Ok I did well today though I am getting hungry I will definately finish out today good.
I had a productive day and went shopping and bought new pots and pans....They are Wolf Gang Pucks but I really liked them. My husband asked why I picked them out since he is the cook and I said because I like shiny things. There is a lifetime warranty with them and he thinks that means they should last a few lifetimes since I will never use them! I also went and bought a computer armoire as I was tired of seeing the desk so messy.

EXERCISE>>>>>2 miles on the tread mill. I burned 425 calories while walking....
I will post my weight again tomorrow. I hope everyone did as well as I did. I have to go put together my computer armoir....

Way to go Chris. I did ok for food, I am not doing the plateau buster, just btb, meaning making sure I am following my nuts plan. I did fail on the exercise front though.

I did not do *great* yesterday but, somehow, lost over a pound so I am THRILLED!!!
Here are my stats from yesterday (although I do not have any exact totals)...
Breakfast: One egg/one slice cheddar
Snack: Any Whey Vial
Lunch: 3 oz. roast chicken (no skin)
Snack: About 2 cups (?) of peanuts - in the shell (I did not have 2 full cups of just peanuts!)
Dinner: A bite or two of lentils and rice, 5 mini pretzels and a handful of grapes (had to take my son to the ENT...did not have time to really eat).
Vitamins - Check
Water - Not great...need to increase this today.
Exercise - No. I was at the ENT for 2 hours after work!
B2B Starting Weight: 173
Today's Weight: 171!!! Whoo hoo!

Sorry Chris, I jumped in w/ a menu post because I usually post as soon as I get home because I get busy w/ other things and don't get back to the computer. Here's what I ate on Tuesday:
My menu:
AchievOne Cappucino protein drink
SF Jello and LF cottage cheese (little on the go containers)
2.5 oz. beef brisket & 1/4 c pinto beans
Protein Mocha Latte drink
3 oz. Hbg. patty w/ LF cheese
popsicle
3-4 Tbsp. peanut butter if I need something else
Liquids: 16 oz. decaf coffee, 12 oz. liquids from protein drinks, 48 oz. water = 76 oz. so far, more to go
Protein: about 100 so far
vitamins: done
exercise: 30 minutes on bike, sit ups, arm weight work out

PS - ate peanut butter and forgot why I hadn't had it in so long...makes me terribly nauseous. Don't plan on eating any again soon...I used to make protein shakes w/ creamy vanilla powder, peanut butter and CC Choc. milk and they made me really sick...I guess it's not the combination, it's the peanut butter.
