Hi Hazel, can't believe this past year, this surgery has bee my miracle. Heaviest weight 279 Surgery weight 275 January 1, 2007 weight 165 i have been from 159 to 165 on my scale for the past 2 months. Every doctor I go to I weigh different. I will have to increase the treadmill and up lean protein to get the rest of my weight off, anoth 20 lbs., hopefully. have a wonderful 2007! Rosemary
