Total weight loss .. Since surgery~ 179 lbs. Since highest~ 241 lbs. lbs. to personal goal~ 34 lbs. I'm so darn proud of myself Kay

What a difference a year makes. My stats. Highest 322 Surgery 257 Today 154 Goal 150 Four pounds to goal. Next to haveing the excess skin removed from my mid-rift and belly. Hazel

Hi everyone, hard to believe january 6th will be ONE YEAR for me!! Thats just amazinggg!!! Highest weight: 305 lb day of surgery: 290 lb todays weight: 134 lb my surgeons goal was 150 my family docs goal was 140 my goal keeps changing, its at 130 right now!! so 4 pounds to go!!! total weight loss since surgery is: 156 pounds!!!! Totally amazing!! Do any of you wonder how much of the weight lost you will gain back in the next year or two? I dont mean to be negative, but most of us have a history of gaining back weight we lose....I just wonder where I will be come january 2008 and january 2009....etc etc

I am no longer really a loser---I am a "maintainer" or at least trying to be Highest weight: 305 Weight day of surgery: 285.5 Current Weight: 144 Total pounds lost - about 160 pounds!?! OMG!?! I have surpassed goal of reaching 160. I still feel I could lose more fat and gain some muscle though so that is my 2007 goal. If someone could invent a non-surgical skin melter pill or cream - I would be a buyer! Hugs, Karen
