What did you eat on Wednesday?
Hey everyone. April hadn't posted this yet, so I thought maybe she was busy with her skinny self and didn't have time today. I'm doing all liquids today to try to get back on track. Here's what I've had so far:
5 c water
2 c SF apple ider
2 c decaf coffee
2 c chicken broth
2 c protein hot chocolate
1 c SF jello
1 c LF buttermilk
planning to have:
1 c protein mocha latte
and some more liquids before bedtime
vitamins: done
water: 120 oz. so far, more to go
exercise: 2 mile walk/jog in park this morning

I like the new pic!! I'm here in sc for one more day so my eating is off. Hopefully when I go home tomorrow afternoon, I'll get back on track. You did good on your liquid diet
Here's what I ate today...
B~ 2 slices of ham and 1 wheat roll
S~ 2 PB balls dipped in SF chocolate
L~ Nothing
D~ 1 slice of Turkey, mustard greens and broccoli casserole
Vitamins: on track
Water: don't wanna talk about it.
Exercise: Thrift store shopping with my mom

Hey Karla. I love the new pic! Yeah...I've been busy with cleaning. I'm going to Tampa, FL on Friday, and I would like to come home to clean house! Here's what I had today:
B- biscuit w/ sausage gravy
S- cashews
L- 1 oz. of turkey, 1 oz. ham and some salad
D- 2 oz. salmon, 1 oz. ham, a little bit of each: sweet potatoes, stuffing, cabbage, mac n cheese
Exercise: took a break!
