Whatcha eatin on Tuesday?
Hi all! I hope everyone had a great holiday. Mine was better than expected, but it kinda spiraled downhill today. I'm alot better right now...just exhausted! I know everyone is either outta town or just busy with everyday life. Post if you can! We're all very close to our 1 year anniversary!!!! Here's what I had:
B- 1 egg scrambled w/ LF cheese, 2 lite sausage links, 1/2 biscuit
L- ham, cheese, n salami on 1 slice WW bread, some pear chunks
S- some cashews
D- some casear salad, few bites of turkey bacon sandwich
I'll probably have some chai tea mixed w/ protein later for a little bit more protein.
Exercise: 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: need calcium
Fluids: 56 oz. so far...drinking some tea now

I'm still in sc spending time with my family. We had a really nice christmas. For the first time in years, I got clothes for christmas that fit.
Here's my menu....
B~ 2 slices of ham and 3 cheese cubes
L~ "Pure Protein" Protein bar
D~ Broiled shrimp, broccoli casserole and mustard greens .. leftovers
S~ Peanut butter ball dipped in SF chocolate
Exercise: shopping
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: LOW but I'm working on it.

Haven't played for awhile and I need to get back on track, so I will start here to be accountable once again.
B~1/4 cup of oatmeal with skim milk.
L~ two bites of corn.
S~ peanut butter cookie, not sugar free. I don't know why I do it, they always make me feel icky, but they are good going down, at least the first time.
D~1/2 cup chicken noodle soup.
S~ 4oz low carb/no sugar added/ fat free yogurt.

I have been eating way more than I should the past few days. This is already Wednesday morning, and I'm getting back on track by doing all liquids today. I haven't lost any weight lately, as a matter of fact, I've gone up a couple of pounds, but I'm sure it's water retention, because I haven't eaten enough calories to gain any weight. Here's to after the holidays...getting back on track and taking off the rest of the excess weight!
