To cut or not to cut?

Hi all. Merry Christmas. Okay so my hair is growing in which is great but I have shoulder length hair that is very thin and dry and crappy looking and I'm thinking about cutting it short. Has anyone else done this and were you happy with your descison? This may sound silly to some but my hair has always been very important to me. Thanks in advance. Christina

Hi Christina, I know exactly what you're going through. I had shoulder length hair and after surgery it became thin, dry and stringy..I hated it! I got it all cut off it was quit scary at first but I do like it now. I will probably let it grow back to shoulder length eventually. It is growing back so much healther, stronger and thicker now. I'm glad I went ahead and cut it. I hope this helps. Anna

Christina, I did the same thing, I wanted my hair to grow long, but the longer it got the worse it looked because it was so thin and unhealthy. I finally got it cut and LOVED it. The way my hairdresser did it made my hair look so much fuller and I got a lot of compliments. I say go for it, you will be so much happier. Karyn

I got my hair cut at 5 or months out b/c it was so thin. Let it grow until a few weeks ago and got it cut again. Check out my profile and you can see the difference the cut made. GOd BLess! JEn and my miracle #2
