Whatcha eatin Friday???
Hi all. I've been out shopping all day long...I'm exhausted like no one has been exhausted before. In a few, I'll be going to my boyfriend's mom's house to bake cookies. Hopefully it won't take long! Here's what I had:
B- Light n Fit yogurt, 3 slices bacon
S- Powercrunch bar
L- ham, cheese, n salami on 1 slice WW bread, some lite mayo, some pear chunks
S- 3/4 of a slice of pumpkin bread
D- 1/2 c. turkey chili, sm. pc. cornbread
Exercise: 1 hr. w/trainer and running around shopping all day
Vitamins: need to take my Flintsones
Fluids: 64 oz. so far.....

Hey April. Hope you had fun baking cookies. This is a day late, but here goes:
B: 1/2 WW English muffin 2/ LF cream cheese and 1 piece sausage
S: 2 c Texas Trash & 1 butter cookie
L: Protein Pumpkin Cheesecake pudding
S: Iced Mocha Latte (Protein)
D: 5 BBQ shrimp, 2 Tbsp. mashed potatoes, a little rice w/ gravy, and a little boudain
S: small slice SF Buttermilk pie
Way too much to eat today!
vitamins: done
water: 104 oz.
exercise: 1 1/2 mile walk/job in park

Hey April.
I know I'm super late but I'm in sc and didn't get online. I still like to see what I ate so I'm posting for my benefit.
B~ Protein hot chocolate
L~ Most of a small wendy's chili w/ cheese & 3 saltine crackers
D~ Was at a buffet type christmas dinner with so much food.. 3 cold shrimp, 1/2 a small bbq pork rib then few bites of each of the following.. crab salad, sausage rice, pasta salad and 1 grilled spicy chicken nugget! Boy was I good and full
S~ 2 strawberries and 3 pineapple chunks & 3 wheat crackers
