Sad but Still Wishing You All a Happy Holiday!

I totally hear you. I am in your shoes. I am out of control. I eat everything and have regained my fat girl eating habits. I am so bummed to. I stopped walking cause a man at the park was freaking me out. Then I got a treadmill and when I get home I don't want to use it cause I am tired. All excuses. I will be back here with a vengance after New Year's too. Have a great Christmas!!!
