Have you eaten Saturday???
I put "have you eaten Saturday" because I know it's busy, busy, busy!!!!! I've been up since 7a.m. shopping, but I had a gameplan to eat and (try) to eat halfway healthy today! I don't know if anyone will post because it's such a busy time, but here I go:
B- 1 Kashi whole grain waffle w/lite butter and SF syrup, 2 pc. lite sausage
L- 3 oz. meatloaf, 1/4c. mashed potatoes, 1/4 c. green beans
D- 3 oz. salmon, some salad
S- I'll have some vanilla chai w/ protein
Exercise: shopping all day
Vitamins: need calcium and B12
Fluids: 48 oz. so far.....

I have had a super busy day too. Me, my mom and daughter have been running all day.. non stop! My feet are so tired. I cant wait til Christmas is over!
B~ Few bites of my daughters hash browns. I was so busy I never stopped and fixed myself breakfast
L~ "Pure Protein" Protein bar
D~ Half a ham and turkey sandwitch on wheat w/ lettuce, onions and mustard & A small cup of broccoli n cheddar soup
S~ 5 mini Pretzels then an hour later, protein hot chocolate
Exercise: Lots of shopping
Vitamins: I'm behind but I'll catch up before bed.
Fluids: 44 oz so far
I'm going to wrap presents then go to bed! Good night!!
