Hey everyone. Hope you had a good day. I worked a couple of hours while my son did his powerlifting workout at school, then came home and cleaned house. Glad that chore is done. Tomorrow we have a funeral to attend, and then a family dinner. Saturday is another family Christmas gathering, then the rest will be Christmas day and the Saturday after Christmas. My food for the day... B: Low carb sausage cheese balls S: protein iced mocha latte L: Subway tuna salad S: 1 c Texas trash and a few nuts D: roasted chicken and green beans vitamins: done water: 80 oz. so far, more to go exercise: arm weight work out and 2 mile walk/job in park this morning Karla 337/187/150

Hi Karla, We still have school here through tomorrow....Then one week off for the holiday. B~coffee with protein powder L~protein isopure D~cheese, 1 chicken finger, and some mushroom. Water 48 ounces Liquids 52 ounces Vitamins and meds in Exercise.....None really ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Hiya Karla I had a super busy day today. I'm going to sc tomorrow for christmas so I had a lot to do. Laundry, cleaning house, packing and to the store for a few last minute things. The day went by way to fast. My menu.. B~ 1 egg scrambled with cheese L~ "Pure protein" protein bar D~ Red Lobster.. Crab legs, 3 grilled shrimp, 1 fried shrimp, 1/3 of a baked potato, few bites of coleslaw and 2 bites of biscuit S~ 2 SF popsicles Vitamins: on track Exercise: running around Fluids: 30 oz so far.. I need to work on this. Have a great night, Kay

Hi all. My day consisted of my bed, to the couch, back to the my bed, to the kitchen, then back to the couch. Then we went out to holiday happy hour...still at it right now. Here's what I had today: B- ham n cheese egg, 1/2 mini bagel w/lite butter L- salad w/grilled chicken and lite feta cheese D- 2 chicken fajita quesadillas...ate mostly insides, 2 chicken fingers S- some peanuts Exercise: took a break today Vitamins: need my calcium! Fluids: not enough....I had a martini and some wine so I need to hydrate myself April
