Hi all...it's early again, so post! I'm going to a christmas party later on, so I'm posting now. Lemme tell ya...christmas time is hard!!!!!! My eating has been less than stellar (on my own standards). Cake and cookies have been all around me, and I've been giving in...too much! A cookie here...a small bite of cake there is okay, but I've been getting a little loose with it. 3 cookies here....a slice of cake here, here, and there. I've been trying not to graze, but night time gets the best of me. Here's what's on my menu for today: LNS- some cake, some FF chips, 100 cal pack of teddy grahams from 9p-12 a B- 3/4 c. special k cereal, 6 oz. CC 2% milk L- bruschetta chicken w/ some salad and FF caesar drsg S- mint choc. protein shake D- going to a christmas party tonight...gonna try to be good Exercise: 1/2 hr. of salsa dancing...used to love it and it makes you sweat! Vitamins: need calcium and B12 Fluids: 64 oz. so far.... April

Hey April I hope you have fun at the Christmas party! My eating has been a little off too. Because we are out shopping, we are eating out almost everyday. I try really hard to make good choices but the carbs be calling my name! You are not alone with the night eating. I have struggled with this off and on for a while. I usually make good choices.. the key word is "usually" but it's a bad habit I'm trying to stop. Anyway, I had a Dr. appointment today for my yearly pap and she didn't even know me. It was a great wow moment. Then I went to the store for Jeans and bought size 16's. Can it get any better than this? Ok on to my food.. I'm just yappin away! LNS~ 1/2 c. NSA vanilla ice cream B~ Protein shake L~ 1/2 a turkey club wheat wrap from Arbys & 2 curly fries S~ SF Jello cup w/ a dallop of SF cool whip D~ Shredded BBQ pork.. ate 1/2 the bottom bun only & few bites of slaw S~ We are going to the club tonight so I'm sure I'll want something later. Vitamins: on track Exercise: shopping and playing with minnie Fluids: only 30 oz so far but I'm working on it. Have a good night, Kay

Christmas and nighttime eating is becoming murder for me!! I hear ya, though. Congrats on the 16's girlie. That's great! April

I really don't want to talk about eating. I have to get back to takeing care of myself in all was, including my eating. But here goes, so don't flame me. B~1/2 Micky D's sausage/egg/cheese busicuit. L~Homemade Chili. About 6oz S~two choc-chip cookies D~two hotdogs. No bread, not nothing just the hotdogs. Hazel

Hazel...believe me...no flaming here! And I don't even think the choices are bad. I could see if it was an everyday thing and you were getting further from your goals. Then I would be a little concerned for you. I actually think it's more unhealthy for people to not "live a little" with this whole surgery process. The point was for us to become more "normal". Being overly guilty for being normal is "abnormal" in my opinion. Normal people indulge once in a while on the things they really like. That's my own personal opinion....other's opinions are different and that's a good thing (before I start getting flamed). But girl, you're doing great! April

My son and I went to Houston today to see the Radio City Rockettes perform. It was great. I really enjoyed it. He went unwillingly and said it was good, but he still didn't like it since I made him go. We got home and my husband was here 2 days early! I told him he made it just in time to clean the house tomorrow. On the menu: B: few bites of scrambled eggs...didn't go down well S: Protein Mocha Latte...wasn't going down either until I threw up. I think maybe a pill got stuck earlier this morning. I was fine after that. L: few bites zucchini, mushroom, and fettucine noodles...I thought it had chicken in it, but there was none! I also ate a small piece of bread and a few bites of my son's meat sauce w/ no pasta. S: SF frosted pecans D: Popeye's naked chicken strip and 1/2 small order red beans and rice S: protein coffee vitamins: done water: 88 oz. exercise: 100 sit ups, arm weight work out, 30 minutes on bike this morning Karla

For dinner I had a bison burger with a slice of cheese and 2 slices of bacon. I had it on 2 slices of multigrain bread but tore the bread apart, so it left me a little bit. I also had some steamed broccoli....so I did good tonight! On the menu it said that bison has less fat than a skinless chicken breast...I don't know. I might have a Weigh****chers carrot cake for a snack tonight if I feel snacky. I have a cramp in my leg from salsa dancing today, but it was fun!
