What's on your Menu???
Hi all. I know this is late, but hopefully someone will post! Been a cold day here, but nice and sunny. Here's what I had today:
B- Light n Fit Yogurt, 2 oz lite SPAM
S- iced protein coffee w/pumpkin spice...yum!
L- salami, ham n cheese on slice of WW bread, 3 cucumber slices w/drsg, some FF chips
S- cheese snack, rest of chips
D- leftover applebee's dinner, parmesan tilapia, broccoli, some mashed potatoes
Exercise: 40 min STEP class, 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins:
Fluids: only 52 oz....gotta get some more in by 11 p.m. tonight!

Here is what I had today April....
B~32 ounces of coffee with 40 gr protein....
16 oz coffee (I was really cold)
L~ 20 ounces of Isopure over like 4 hours 40 gr protein.....
S~cheese stick
D~chicken with about 6 small pasta salad noodles....
S~2 sugar free Milano's mint cookies....
Water~48 ounces
Liquids 68 ounces
vitamins in and no exercise.... Just stress does that count?

I feel that I have been going overboard on the carbs lately and don't want it to get too out of control, so I'm only doing liquids today. By 5:00 pm, it got harder. All I can think of is eating food! Hopefully, it will kick start the loss again.
On the menu: 3 c water
3 c SF apple cider
2 c SF decaf coffee
1 1/2 c Protein Mocha Latte
2 c chicken broth
3 c SF jello
2 c water w/ SF apple flavor
1 Achiev One Cappucino
1 1/2 c peppermint tea
2 c Protein coffee
I got 85 g protein in w/ the jello and my 3 protein drinks
vitamins: done
water: 140 oz.
exercise: 2 mile walk/jog in park this morning

It's getting to be very hard around christmas I've noticed. It wasn't this bad during Thanksgiving. I think it's because everyone's having parties, and food is everywhere around you. I may need to do some revamping after christmas. I'm tryin! But I see you done great today sticking to liquids.

Hey April,
It's late but I'm here. I had a good day. I won tickets to see "Night at the Meuseum" so we went and saw that dumb movie. The rest of the evening I wrapped presents and chilled out at home with Minnie.
My menu~
B~ 1 slice of wheat toast w/ ham and cheese melted on top
L~ 1/4 c. ground beef, 1/4 c. refried beans topped w/ cheese and salsa
D~ 1 crunchy taco and a couple bites of refried beans
S~ Popcorn at the movies
Lots of carbs!
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: wrapping presents lol
Fluids: 45 oz

It was total Luck for me. I cant ever win anything. Steph usually wins stuff all the time. I just happen to be sitting at the computer and watching the news one morning at 6 am. The news man said, " The first 50 people to email me, win movie tickets to see that movie. I had NO clue what movie it was but I did it. LOL
