Monday's Menu...it's early!
Hi all. Hope everyone's having a great start to their week. I'm sleepy and it's only 1:30 p.m. I did make it shopping and to the gym, so next I need to start cleaning up. I'm posting early, so hopefully everyone can join in
. Here's what's on my menu today:
B- 1 egg scrambled w/cheese, 3 slices bacon
L- 3 BBQ wingettes, some leftover crabcake, salad
S- I'll have a protein shake later
D- I'm making bruschetta chicken for dinner tonight w/some spinach on the side
S- I'll probably have some protein pudding or maybe a small slice of cake
Exercise: had a great workout today
Vitamins: need to get em in!
Fluids: 40 oz. so far.... I like the 4C decaf iced tea!

I actually want to post more so I will try to stay focused.
B~protein coffee 32 ounces
L~1/2 bean and cheese burrito and a handful of tostitos
D~1 meatball and a spoon of spaghetti with sauce and one small slice of bread...
S~ will have a banana
water 48 ounces

No exercise except shopping...

Hey April
I finally finished shopping then just went along for the ride while steph finished hers. The weather is beautiful here so it turned out to be a pretty nice day.
My menu..
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham and cheese & 1/2 slice of toast w/ SF jam
L~ 1/2 a wheat turkey club wrap & 2 curly fries
S~ Kid's size NSA/ FF frozen strawberry yogart
D~ Salad topped w/ grilled buffalo chicken strips, cheese, cucumbers, and blue cheese dressing.
Exercise: shopping
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: 44 oz so far
