Food for Friday???
Hi all! TGIF...thank ya, thank ya, thank ya. I can't believe it's only 10 more days for the big ho-ho-ho. To be honest...I'm ready for christmas to come and go. Marcus loved christmas, and we had spent quite a few christmases together. It'll definitely be fun for the kids, and I'll be happy being around family. But hey, 10 more days! Here's what I had today:
B- egg w/cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1/2 mini bagel w/ lite margarine
S- protein iced coffee 36 g protein
L- ham n cheese on slice of WW bread w/ 4 cucumber slices and lite ranch drsg
D- 4 BBQ chicken wings, some salad w/ cucumbers, cheese, and lite balsamic vinigrette
Don't know what I'll have for snack...maybe some protein pudding or something.
Exercise: nada
Vitamins: need to take em
Fluids: 48 oz. so far

What's up April
I cant believe Christmas is coming so fast. Tomorrow and Sunday I am going to finish all my shopping. The stores are crazy! I went to the post office to mail stuff off and had to stand in line for 30 minutes. Then ran in walmart for a few things and all the lines were sooo long. Like you, I cant wait til it's over!
Ok, here's what I've ate today
B~ 1 egg scrambled with cheese
S~ Protein shake
L~ Salad w/ turkey, cheese, carrots, cucumbers, bacon bits, crutons & lite ranch
S~ 2 SF popsicles
D~ Grilled turkey burger (no bun) w/ cheese, lettuce, red onions and mustard
S~ 3 SF shortbread cookies
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk
Fluids: 38 oz so far
