L: BBQ Brisket, few bites beans & potato salad, 1 pickle slice, few bites peach cobbler
D: 1 piece pizza
S: protein hot chocolate
vitamins: done
water: 96 oz.
Exercise: walked, jogged, and rode bike for 20 minutes, arm weight workout

Hey ladies. Thanks for posting Kay. I was at my parents house tonight and just got back in. Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- a little bit of each: buffalo chicken dip, crackers n cheese, chips, pita chips...had it for my party at work
2:30 a.m- had our christmas dinner at work: 2 oz. stuffed chicken breast, some green beans, some baked potato, 1/2 roll w/butter, 2 bites banana cake
6:30 a.m.- had a bite of each: pecan pie, pumpkin pie, cake
3:00 p.m.: about 1 c. turkey chili, few crackers, some cashews a lil while later
7:00 p.m.: 2 oz. steak, some salad
Exercise: 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: taking them now!
Fluids: 60 oz. so far
I had wayyyyy too many carbs today. But it was all in celebration, so now that it's over I'll be going back on track tomorrow for sure. I've been a little off the past few days, doing quite a bit of grazing at work. So.....back on the for me. My weight has fluctuated for the past month about 2 lbs. Hopefully I can lose those 2 lbs. for good!

I eat all day long and had a junky nutrition day .... here goes

Rice with butter - crap - was that a mistake - my first dumping experience
Cranberry juice
Protein milk
2 1"x1"x1" party cakes
Mandarin Oranges
Arby Beef and Cheddar sandwich - did not eat all the bun
Few curly fries
1/3 Jamocha shake
And I am waiting on Papa Johns to bring some pizza and chicken
