What's on your menu for Wednesday?
Hi all. Hope everyone is having a great hump day. I've been at work all night, so I slept most of the day. They had a party for me at work last night...I'm leaving my job to do travel nursing. I'll miss them all! But enough of my gum-flapping. Share your menu!!! Here's what I had:
12 a.m.: insides of turkey sub w/ a little bread, Light n Fit yogurt, handful of popcorn
4:30 a.m.: some turkey chili, 2 cranberry oatmeal oatmeal cookies, about 4 choc. covered almonds
8 a.m.: protein hot chocolate
woke up and had 2 bites of SF cinnamon roll
Dinner: I'll be having some BBQ chicken wings, some mac n cheese, broccoli
Snack: I'll have some protein pudding....I know we'll have more food tonight!
Exercise: took a break today
Vitamins: almost done
Fluids: I need to get on that!

The special ed counselor and I that share an office had a party for our 2 office aides today. I ate a few no - no's. I think I'm going to tell my son to put the giant tin of Texas Trash in his room in a corner where I won't be tempted by it.
B: Low carb sausage/cheese balls
S: 2 ****tail sausage w/ bacon and Splenda brown sugar, 1 Choc. covered pretzel, 2 Tbsp. Texas Trash
L: tortilla chips w/ Chili's "Skillet Queso" Dip - my knockoff recipe that taste's just like it. I made it w/ 1/2 turkey chili and 1/2 regular chili and 1/2 Peanut butter cookie
S: 1 c Texas Trash
S: Protein hot chocolate
D: not sure - probably grilled shrimp - I need just protein, no carbs...too many today already
vitamins: done
water: 104 oz. already, more to go
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm weight workout, and 100 sit ups

Good Evening, April and Karla
Nothing special going on in my neck of the woods. I stayed home and did a couple loads of laundry and just relaxed around the house. My throat is beginning to hurt and I feel a cold coming on so I'm gonna start drinking airborne in just a few minutes.
Hopefully that will keep it away

B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham & cheese
S~ SF popsicle
L~ Other half of my turkey club wrap from yesterday's lunch
S~ 8 hot pork rinds.. thank god these are gone. I'm NOT buying anymore.
D~ Baked bbq chicken leg and 1 bite of baked beans
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Exercise: 1 mile walk
Vitamins: on track
Fluids: not so good.. only 24 oz so far

I'd like to add to my menu:
They're having a little going away party for me at work tonight, so....there's junk! I'm gonna try to be good though. I had a little bit of each: 2 crackers, 3 pita chips, about 5 potato chips, tbsp of taco dip, tbsp buffalo dip, 1 sm. pc. of cheese. Now I'm gonna try to drink, drink, drink! I'm gonna work extra hard at the gym tomorrow!
