What Is It for Tuesday?
Hi all. I wanna hear it.....what's on your menu for Tuesday??!! I've been at work all night, and I was tired....all night long. Oh my, 5 minutes seemed like 5 hours in that place. Then I had to go to the gym afterwards to meet with my trainer...that was fun. So anyhoo...here's what a girl had:
12 a.m.- 2 oz. baked salmon, some salad
3:30 a.m.- some Light n Fit yogurt, a cheese snack
6:30 a.m.- Luna Bar
10:00 a.m.- protein shake 44 g protein, some almonds
5:30 p.m.- my dad's turkey chili, 1/2 slice WW bread w/some margarine
I'll confess...I had about 3-4 christmas cookies throughout the night at work. I'll probably have a snack at work...don't know what yet.
Exercise: 90 minutes at gym w/trainer
Vitamins: need to take em!
Fluids: 48 oz. so far

Dear April: You're not the only Christmas Cookie girl on this board...I, too was tempted by the goodies!
On the menu:
B: PowerCrunch bar
S: 2 Christmas Cookies (bad, bad, Karla)
L: 3/4 c. tuna salad, 5-6 bites broccoli cheese soup, 3 bites blackberry cobbler, and a few potato chips (we had a Christmas gathering at work)
S: protein coffee
S: 1 c Texas Trash (bad, bad, bad Karla...I knew I couldn't be trusted w/ this in the house...it's my favorite snack and we only make it once a year)
D: 1 c Cheeseburger chowder and 3 bites Tortilla soup
vitamins: done
water: 92 oz. so far, more to go
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm weight work out, 100 sit ups

Hey April
I had a pretty good day today. I took Minnie to the pet store to get a few things and ended up spending too much on everything pink. Then she had a vet appt. for her first set of shots.
Here's my menu..
B~ Nothing. I actually forgot
L~ 1/2 a Turkey club wheat wrap from Arby's.
D~ Lettuce topped with taco seasoned ground beef, refried beans, cheese, sour cream and salsa & 4 baked tortilia chips
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: What's that!? LOL

Texas Trash is actually Chex Party Mix, but made with Tabasco sauce, margarine, bacon drippings, garlic, etc. Not really WLS friendly, but I had to have some. Between all the stuff I ate yesterday that I shouldn't have eaten, I put on some water pounds today. Hopefully, that taught me a lesson.
