Come on out of the closet, folks! Share your menus with me! I don't care if you had an ice cube for breakfast and a carrot stick for dinner or a 2 whole egg McMuffins (those are good!) for breakfast and a Hershey's bar for lunch and dinner. Who cares??? This is your plan, and your menu may give someone a good idea or someone else's menu may help you. I'm posting early, and I'll try to post early in the day when I post. So tell me what's on the menu for Monday! Here's my menu: B- 1 pkt. Banana Bread Weight Control oatmeal...had a lot of fiber! S- oreo protein shake 38 g protein L- cheese eggs, 3 slices bacon, 1/2 WW mini bagel w/lite margarine D- I'll be having a salad w/ham, turkey pepperoni, cucumbers, and LF mozzarella cheese w/ some lite ranch drsg or lite catalina...we'll see S- don't know...I'll be at work doing my nightshift...I'm always hungry then Exercise: 1 hr. at gym this a.m. Vitamins: need calcium later Fluids: 50 oz. thus far.... Hey April! Here's my menu for today... B- 1 egg/1 slice cheddar cheese S- Nothing L- 3/4 of a small Wendy's chili with cheese and 8 crackers S- Any Whey protein vial D- I will, most likely, have 3-4 wings that I marinated last night. Exercise: Did not do anything (bad) Vitamins: Check! Fluids: 24 oz. water, 32 oz. Diet Pepsi from Wendy's (bad, bad). I WILL drink more water, though! I really should post all of this every day. I am far from perfect but when I post for all to see, I seem to do a *little* better! Thanks for motivating me to share! Hugs, Jersey

Hi April Here is what I've had today: Breakfast: Cup lowfat cottage chees and a small banana Lunch: Protein Shake Snack: Luna Bar Dinner: Don't know yet Vitamins and iron: need 2 more Optisource will have before dinner Fluids: 50oz so far Excersise: 30 minutes on the XL Glider so far

B~ Carb/Sugar control yogart & Protein hot chocolate L~ "Pure protein" protein bar S~ Handful of steph's cheese popcorn D~ Lettuce topped with 1/4 c. ground beef, 1/4 c. refried beans, cheese, salsa and sour cream. I need to add 5 pork skins! I don't even know why I buy these things. They are addicting to me. Only 1 carb is what I keep telling myself but I'm trying not to snack at night. At least I stopped at 5.

I'd just like to add: For a snack tonight at work I had: 2 panetini pcs. few tortilla chips and dip 3/4 banana....all of this a very odd put together snack! I told you I'm hungry at work! April
