It is like the old Wendy has reappeared. I ate all week-end.......sweets, salty, anything at all. I have completely lost control! I was at -96 lbs and over the weekend gained about 3 lbs. I am never going to reach -100 at this rate. I am still 14 lbs away from goal. I have even gone from exercising every day to maybe 3X per week. I usually go to the gym after the kids go to bed, but it has been cold lately and I have not wanted to get out. I keep thinking about how much money I have spent (17K) for this surgery and I am really scared of getting back to my old habits. What do you do to keep food off oyur mind????

I have found two things that work for me. Excersise and getting out of the house. I eat out of boredom and if there is nothing to do I want to feed my face So I try and stay very busy. I know that many of us are dealing with this at this stage, you are not alone in this Wendy.

Try having lots of fruit in the house for snacking. I've noticed since it's gotten so cold out that all I want to do is cuddle under a blanket and eat and watch t.v. Soooo I try to at least eat fruit instead of unhealthy stuff. Not that it's working a 100% but I could be doing worse! Good luck, Anna 245/149/130ish

Hey Wendy I'm sorry your having a hard time. Somedays I fall into old habits. It's so easy to do so. Like someone else said, when you get in that "snacky" mood, have good things to snack on instead of the salty and sweet. I snack when I'm bored and late at night. I stick to sf popsicles, beef jerky, fruit and raw veggies. Keep trying things that work for you til you find what works. Hang in there and I'm sure you will reach a 100 lb loss in no time!! Kay
