Follow up to my Tsorus and kvetching

My Ortho said that my knee is not too bad and we decided to do some PT and "wait and see". My biopsy is scheduled for Monday the 11th. My kids loved their birthday presents. They both got MP3 players. My stress eating is way out of control. I had a 7 oz bag of Cheese Doodles for lunch today. I need new coping mechanisms and I need them now!! I'm so mad at myself.

Just think of the PT as another way to get in some excersise

Robin I am sorry you are having such a rough time with things. You are not the only one with eating out of control. I seem to have very little will power lately. I hope things get better for you. ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris
